First of all, you simply show the chalk to the chicken.
Then lower the chalk to the floor and draw a line away from the chicken's beak.

The chicken will concentrate on the line.
Once the hand has been taken away, the chicken continues to concentrate really hard - and it just freezes!
Clicking a finger brings the chicken round. Weird!
