In the second part of the sheepdog challenge, Gail took part in a real sheepdog trial competition!
(If you missed the first part, you can read about it here).

The requirements of the trial are very complicated.
In a large field, the group of sheep have to be taken through a gate, round a post, through a second gate, in front of a third gate, through a fourth and then into a pen!
And she can only use her voice, and Splash the sheepdog!

Gail got started and remembered the one hour's training and advice she's been given by Katie Cropper, the UK's top shepherdess.
No problems so far...

Then a small crisis when one of the sheep ran off into another field!
Oh no!

Gail's soon back on track, and eventually those sheep were securely penned in!
Challenge accomplished!

Gail scores 30 points out of a possible 90.
Unfortunately that's only enough to place her last in the competition... |
