In America, Stephen was working with Todd Hardwick, a Miami man who specialises in catching wild animals that have made their ways into people's homes.
The first part of the report can be seen here.
Todd had a call from someone who'd found an alligator in their garden, so he and Stephen set off to catch it.
Stephen wasn't looking forward to it...
On arrival at the house in question, the alligator could clearly be seen, enjoying the sunshine on the patio.
Stephen made a run for it at one point!
Todd explained that it was important to try and catch the alligator on land, rather than allowing it to get into the pool.
But catching an alligator isn't easy - especially with a nervous Stephen to help.
Before long, the alligator had dived into the pool.
Todd explained that the situation was extremely dangerous. He said that the alligator was much bigger than anything he'd have liked Stephen to be working with on his first time.
Stephen tried to catch the alligator by placing a loop around its neck whilst it was in the water...
...and very nearly managed it...
...but Todd did.
Once the loop was in position and secured, the alligator could be pulled from the water.
A very dangerous procedure!
With Stephen to help, Todd duly managed to get the alligator out.
Now it was Stephen's turn to help. Todd kneeled over the alligator's back and pushed its mouth closed...
...leaving time for Stephen to jump in and secure the mouth shut with strong tape!
Next, Todd and Stephen moved the alligator into a cage in the truck.
Job done, leaving one back garden alligator-free, and one Stephen very nervous!
