This is a dexter bull – one of the smallest bulls in the whole world.
Where there's little, there's also large.

Check out this chap – he's the biggest animal ever to visit the Brilliant Creatures studio.
He's a charolais bull – an incredible 1.5 tonnes of muscle, power and brawn.

He weighs as much as three large fresian cows!
Bulls are tough, resilient creatures.

They can survive in both hot and cold climates.
Fletcher, the dexter bull is from Southern Ireland. He stands 90cm from the floor to the shoulder.
Whereas Master, the large charolais is a massive 175cm from floor to shoulder – twice the height of Fletcher.
The dexter has little stumpy legs and thin thighs, whereas the large charolais has large stocky legs and an extra second thigh – like a shoulder bag of extra flesh!
The dexter chomps through 140kg of grass per week – quite impressive, until you look at the 280kg that the large charolais eats in a week.
Bully for them – both beefy Brilliant Creatures!
