Next time you're planning a party why not hold it under water? Hmmm, well maybe you can't quite manage that! But with these great Finger Tips suggestions, you can create the next best thing!

If you're going to look the part at your underwater party, why not dress up in black.

If you wear these great-looking aqualungs as well, and you can make yourself look like a real scuba diver!

Here's how they're made...
Start off with two empty pop bottles - you need the two litre size.

Finish off the pop (no burping!) and when you've taken the labels off, stand them together side by side.
Now get yourself the tube from a roll of clear wrap or cling film. Place it on top of the two bottles like this.

Mark the position of the bottle tops on the tube with a pencil.
Using the marks you made, carefully cut two holes the size of corks in the tube.
Make another hole on the opposite side of the tube, in the middle of the two holes you just made.
Put one cork in each hole, then paint the whole thing silver.
It's time to paint the bottles next. Pick a bright colour like orange or yellow.

Emulsion paint works well - we used the small tester pots that you can buy cheaply in DIY stores.
Now fit the valves (corks!) into the tops of the painted bottles.
The pressure guage is made from the plastic reel that you'll find at the centre of a roll of PVC insulating tape.

Slide this over the top valve (cork). As you do that, trap one end of a piece of clean, tubing between the bottle top and the plastic reel.
Now get two pieces of thick black ribbon. Thread one round each bottle, and stick in place.

As well as looking good these will help to keep the whole thing secure.
Now you need a thin, long piece of ribbon. Make sure there's a safety pin and straw attached to one end.

The straw will help you to thread the ribbon through both pieces of thick ribbon and the cardboard tube at the top.

Take the straw off. Tie a bow in the ends of the ribbon to keep the aqua lungs on your shoulders!
