If you're going to a bonfire or fireworks display, the chances are you'll be wearing a pair of wellies.
Pretty essential, but not very exciting, eh?
Unless you personalise them like this, that is!
| |
They're great fun to do, and easy too.
Obviously, you'll need a pair of wellies. If you're going to use old ones, give them a wash down first.
And don't worry if they have pictures on instead of being plain - they can be jazzed up just as easily.
Get your hands on as many shiny sequins and glittery things as you can.
If you've got some spare pocket money, get some squirty fabric paint too. It comes in loads of funky colours.
| |
Do have a practice first - even drawing straight lines with the squirty paint can be tricky!

Why not test out your whole design on paper first?

When you've got a design that you're happy with, you can copy your paper design onto the wellies.
Keep going with the design until the whole welly is complete.

You can also use PVA glue to stick on sequins and jewels.
