As these are chocolate banana lollies, you're going to need a banana! So - peel that banana, and then carefully insert a clean lolly stick into one end.
Then, pop that same banana into the freezer for a couple of hours until frozen solid.

It's time to prepare the chocolate now.
You'll need some recently-boiled water, so ask an adult to help you. Pour the water very carefully into a large bowl, to about a quarter full.

Now, break up some chocolate and put it into a smaller bowl.
Carefully place the smaller bowl into the bigger one.
Stir the chocolate gently, and you'll see that the heat from the water will start to make it melt!

Pour the warm, melted chocolate into a glass tumbler: this makes dunking the banana much easier.
Drop the frozen banana into the chocolate to give it a good covering. Then roll it in a plate of hundreds and thousands (mmm!)
The chocolate is chilled by the banana, and the hundreds and thousands secured in place! Cool!
