It's true.
Just dip a cocktail stick into some lemon juice and write a message.

When it's dry, the only way you can make it reappear is by heating it.
You can do this by using an iron - but if you're going to have a go, get an adult to do it for you. The iron can burn the paper if you're not careful.

The message will disappear.

To get the message back, all you have to do is change the colour of the type back to black.
