If you've got a minute then why not have a bash at making this jumping frog! All you need is a single A4 sheet of paper!

First, fold through the middle of the corner, so that you fold the short edge to the long edge - like a ship's sail (2).
Then fold the top left corner down to the bottom right, to make an arrow shape (3).
Then open the paper out, leaving an "X" shape visible (4).

Turn the paper over.
Then fold the top over half of the square formed by the diagonals.
Turn the paper over again.
|
This next bit's quite tricky.
Pinch the sides of the paper inwards, and flatten the hood shape that stands up as a result.

Time to neaten up now.
Fold the two outer corners of the triangle to the uppermost diagonals (1 & 2). Then fold the straight sides to the middle (3 & 4).
|
|
Now make the legs by folding twice more, as you can see opposite.

And that completes the frog!
There are lots of folds to get right but with enough practice you should be able to finish it in under a minute.
Don't forget to decorate your frog with eyes and spots cut from paper.
