Just make sure you ask permission from whoever owns the stuff first. Pick the theme for the thing you're going to makeover. Stephen chose a fish theme to makeover a loo seat. Start by cutting out lots of fish-like pictures from magazines. Next, brush a coat of varnish on the area you're going to decorate. Then simply stick the pictures on top. It's easier to stick pictures to flat surfaces so Stephen avoided the curved edges. When the varnish is dry, brush another coat of varnish on top.
