There's nothing better than stuffing your face with delicious food whilst watching a firework display.

For some hot punch, heat up some apple and orange juice in a saucepan.
Add in some slices of orange and lemon, and a dash of cinnamon.
| |
Give it a good stir, and serve it up in mugs.
Delicious!

If you've got friends visiting, why not personalise some jacket potatoes?
Just carve their initials into a raw potato, and pop it in the oven!
| |
You can adapt this technique to create funny faces in potatoes too.
Just carve when raw, then cook. Don't they look great?
No bonfire night would be complete without bangers - the edible ones, of course!
So why not make a cardboard cone to hold your sizzling sausages in?
| |
And how about these catherine wheel sandwiches?
They look great and are just the job for bonfire night!
To make them, take five slices of bread and cut off the crusts.
Put a generous amount of peanut butter on each slice.
| |
Join up the slices by overlapping them like this.
Now add another layer of peanut butter over the joins, to help them stay together.
| |
Using the back of a spoon, press down where the peanut butter covers the joins so that all the pieces of bread stick together.
Now get some cheese slices and lay them over the top of the butter.
Overlap them slightly, and cover all the bread.
| |
It's rolling time now!
Starting at one end, roll and press down as you go so it all sticks together and produces a spiral.
Slice up the finished roll to get this great catherine wheel effect.
| |
If you don't fancy peanut butter and cheese, why not make a sweet version?
Use chocolate spread instead and put margarine around the outside and roll them in hundreds and thousands to finish!
