And to make sure you and your friends look the part at the Fiesta party, we've put together some costume ideas!

This poncho (beautifully modelled by Stephen) is made from a paper tablecloth!

To make one, just take a patterned square paper tablecloth. If you can't find a suitably patterned one, why not get a plain one and decorate how you like? Find the centre point and cut a hole big enough to pop your head through. Paint designs around the edge and neck using contrasting bright colours. You could even fray the edges by cutting a pattern!

And here's Stephen again to show off this moustache, which looks amazingly realistic despite being a piece of old fur fabric stuck on with a plaster!

And he's wearing a sombrero - a very wide rimmed hat traditionally worn in Mexico. You can buy or hire them from fancy dress shops, or you could ask friends or relatives to bring you one back if they're going on holiday abroad.
