Depending on how big you are, you might need to stick two together. To make it - just lie the bin liner(s) flat cut them open. Make a tie so that you can attach it round your neck. Complete the effect with a pair of plastic fangs which yuou can buy from most toy or joke shops. You might even have found a pair in a Christmas cracker. You can enhance your appearance even more with make-up! Paint your face white with face-paints, and add dark eyes and hollow cheeks. Eek!
