These ghosts are made from recycled paper napkins and polystyrene cups. And they're very easy to make! Start off by peeling the layers of napkin apart. This will make them really light and move easily in any draught. Draw a spooky face in one of the corners. Lie the napkin over the cup. Secure it in place with bit of thread held in place with a paper fastener. Just push the paper fastener through the napkin and the polystyrene cup. That's one done. All you need to complete the effect is a row of them, hung up!
