While Stephen enjoys his cold bath, here's how to make it from Naomi.
All you need for this 1 Minute Finger Tips is a pair of scissors and two circles of foam - one the size of a dinner plate and the other the size of a side plate.
Alternatively you can use these templates.
| |
Fold the smaller piece of foam in half.
Make a snip at either end of the crease.
At either end, cut out a small triangle next to the slit.
| |
On the opposite side of the triangle, fold a section in half and cut a small slit.
Do the same by the other triangle.
Fold it in half again and make two snips fairly close together in the centre.
| |
Fix the dish together by putting the tab through the slit and giving it a pull.
Do the same on the other side.
For the floating base section, take the larger piece of foam and fold it in half.
Cut two slits in the middle.
| |
Then snip along one end like this.
To fit the two together, pull the tab you've just made through the slit in the middle of the soap dish.
Once you've got the hang of putting it all together, have a go at making a floating lilly pad, a soap backed spider or even a whale.
