For this 1 Minute Finger Tip, all you'll need is the top from a bottle of washing up liquid, some PVA glue, a paintbrush and some glitter. It's a very simple one! Ready? OK - start the clock! Start by brushing plenty of PVA glue onto the washing up liquid bottle top. Next, sprinkle plenty of glitter on top, and stop the clock! You've made a Spokely Dokely! Once it's dry, just pop it open and put it on one of the spokes on a bike! And you don't have to use glitter - you could paint instead. They look great on a bike, especially if there are lots of them. And they're so easy to do!
