This idea will be a blast with all your mates.
Hidden behind the nose cone of each of these rockets is a stash of lovely sweets!
So if you're having a bonfire bash, why not make some as presents for your friends?
Or if you're going to a display, you could pop one in your pocket so you can nibble through the evening.

The size you make is up to you. For a pocket size one, use a small sweet tube. Or for a larger one that you can share, use a crisp tube.
Once you've decided on the size you want, you can start to make it look like a rocket.
Begin with the nose cone. Do this by making a semi-circle of card and bending it into a cone shape.
Attach it securely to the rim of the lid.

Wings and fins are made out of card, just stuck on.
Now get painting - any colour or design you like.
| |
When complete, just add some parcel ribbon to the end of the rocket to look like flames.
You can make the ribbon curl by running a ruler along each piece.
Finally, add your sweets and replace the lid and cone to complete.
