Turn an old t-shirt inside out.
Glue the bottom and sleeves of the t-shirt together. To do this, turn up the bottom of the t-shirt and put a line of fabric glue inside, and do the same for the sleeves. Leave to dry overnight.

Turn the t-shirt the right way round again.
You'll notice you'll have nice neat edges on the sleeve and bottom.

Now you're ready to put your design on.

Stuff the t-shirt through the neckline with whatever you've chosen as a padding.
Make sure you even stuff the sleeves, until your t-shirt is really bulging.

To close up the top, either glue the neckline together.
Alternatively, you could use hook and loop fastener. If you do it this way, you'll be able to wash the t-shirt whenever you like!
